Mr. Göksu graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 1984. His business life which started in Kent Koop (1984-1989) with Batıkent Project, Zafertepe Gecekondu Improvement Project and Community Garden Project, continued with Portakal Çiçeği Valley Project that is the first comprehensive public and private cooperation of our country, and he undertook the responsibility of managing partner in PORTAŞ A.Ş (1989-1994), MG Strategy Planning (1994-1997), DOĞUŞKENT (1997-2000) and Urban Project Development (2000-2004).
Since 2005, he is the co-founder of Urban Strategy which accomplishes the approach of public, private and civilian cooperation through participating projects, and which improves innovative methods for the future of provinces.
He has been serving as the volunteer co-founder of TAK Kadıköy, TAK Kartal and Vision Atelier since 2003 for the solutions of urban problems by means of planning and designing the future of provinces.
Mr. Göksu gives lectures in Mimar Sinan University for 10 years on urban transformation as part-time instructor, has several articles about development right transfer, urban vision, management of reconciliation, strategic design, social impact, urban transformation, protection sector, basin planning, organizing of neighborhoods.
